Getting There
The A-1 Inn Motel is most commonly reached by car. Niagara Falls sits right off major highways such as Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) coming from Toronto. It sits right on Lundy’s Lane (Highway 20), one of the main roads running through the city so finding it is very easy. This motel carries with it the great advantage of having free on-site parking which saves its guests the hassle as well as high cost of parking closer to the falls.
The two most frequently used airports for international arrivals are Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in Canada and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) in the USA. From Toronto, it takes about 90 minutes to drive. From Buffalo, the trip is shorter, only around 45 minutes, though it does involve an international border crossing. Pre-booked airport shuttles or a rental car are the standard ways most travelers get on their way from either airport.
A combination of train and bus services is also available directly from Toronto's Union Station to the main Niagara Falls bus terminal with very short rides available from the bus terminal by either taxi or local bus, which drops you right on Lundy's Lane where your motel would be. The WEGO system is long on Lundy's Lane, so it could be caught anywhere on this street to any attraction.
